Returns 1 (current page is a subpage) or an empty string (not).

Usage notes:
* The parent pages must exist for their subpages to be considered subpages (ie, "The 1/2-baked apple" is not a subpage if "The 1" doesn't exist).
* The template will increment the expensive parser function count by up to 3.
