RE: PG-RNA Tax Policy
TO: RNA Citizens (Public Release)

Free the Land!

Contributing to the PG-RNA National Treasury is a fundamental principle of international law, and is clearly stated in basic documents of the Republic of New Afrika:

American Declaration of the Rights and Duties of Man, Article XXXVI

It is the duty of every person to pay the taxes established by law for the support of public services.

The New Afrikan Creed, Point 10

I will give my life, if that is necessary. I will give my time, my mind, my strength, and my wealth because this IS necessary.

The New Afrikan Oath

For the fruition of Black Power, for the triumph of Black Nationhood, I pledge to the Republic of New Afrika, and to the building of a better people and a better world, my total devotion, my total resources, and the total power of my mortal life.

Government Administration Handbook, Article IV, Section A, Part 4, Paragraph (a)

Payment of taxes is a duty of each citizen. The two things which citizens of any country must do are (1) pay taxes and (2) serve in the army. In New Africa the citizen must let the Minister of Finance know how much he or she is going to pay in national taxes and whether such payment will be made every week, every two weeks, or once a month. Our tax law calls for each citizen to pay 3% of net income, and the Minister of Finance has two schedules which show what each citizen should pay. Once a citizen has made his or her tax pledge, he or she is expected to live up to that pledge.

Policy Statement

No government can operate without adequate, reliable, and ongoing sources of revenue. As such, this policy is meant to inform all citizens of the Republic of New Afrika that each of you has a vital role in maintaining your government: assuring necessary funds to continue its state-building mission. For decades, the PG-RNA has survived on donations from its officers, citizen-workers, and various other supporters. The PG-RNA Tax Policy is designed to build a constituency of citizens solemnly committed to achieving political independence and creating a New Society. The PG-RNA Tax Policy provides a written framework explaining how every citizen can help fulfill the mandates of international law, customary practice, and plain common sense. Personal tax pledge schedules are to be worked out with the Minister of Finance, who will hold each citizen (officer) accountable. We believe that with enough active citizen participation, the PG-RNA can become a more visible and a more stable aspect of all of Our lives.
