National Unit Study Policy
1. Purpose of the National Unit Study
The National Unit Study (NUS) is established as a required, ongoing structured process of political education and organizational alignment within the PG-RNA. Its primary purposes are to:
- Provide a shared national understanding of PG-RNA foundational documents, structure, and principles.
- Strengthen ideological unity, administrative competency, and district-level governance.
- Cultivate a conscious citizen base ready to lead, build, and defend the Republic.
- Ensure consistent ideological and political education among New Afrikan citizens, officials, and organizers.
- Promote unity of thought and purpose while respecting regional and tactical diversity.
- Equip citizens with the knowledge to effectively run local government functions, organize new units, and uphold national principles.
2. Core Materials of the National Unit Study
The study shall cover, at minimum, the following foundational documents:
- Code of Umoja
- Eight Strategic Elements
- New Afrikan Declaration of Independence (1968)
- New Afrikan Ujamaa (Economic Framework)
- New Afrikan Creed
- Original Government Administrative Handbook
- War in America
- What is a New Afrikan?
- History and Meaning of the New Afrikan Flag
Additional content can include Government histories, ministry-specific policies, and issue-based workshops relevant to the study group.
3. Implementation & Oversight
Ministry of Information, Culture, Education, and Interior will coordinate and approve study materials and facilitators and shall assist with training materials, facilitation guides, and multimedia content.
A National Study Unit Coordinator may be appointed to track completions, standardize curricula, support facilitators, and reporting. The National Unit Study shall be documented and recorded for national archives.
4. Outcomes Expected
- Stronger alignment between districts, ministries, and our national government.
- Decreased internal conflicts and confusion.
- Increased accountability and readiness for governance.
- A conscious citizen base capable of leading and defending the nation.
Upon completion of each session, the National Unit Study Coordinator must submit:
- A summary of the session held (dates, topics, summary).
- A list of participants.
- Any feedback or needs for follow-up training.
Reports are submitted to the Minister of the Interior, approved by the PCC, and stored in the National Data Repository.
